Refund & Cancellation

Our colouring packs are digital PDF files that are delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once they're downloaded. But if something goes wrong, we'll put it right.

When we give a full refund

• You were charged, but the download did not work and we're unable to deliver your pack.
• You were charged twice for the same pack.
• The PDF is damaged or doesn't open, and we can't send you a working copy.

When we don't refund

• You've changed your mind after downloading the pack.
• You bought the wrong age group or theme. In this case, email us within 7 days and we'll happily swap it for the pack you meant to buy.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay Payment ID (it starts with pay_) and a short note about the problem. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Because the pack is delivered the moment payment succeeds, an order can't be cancelled after payment. If a payment fails, no money is taken; if money is deducted for a failed payment, it is usually returned automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
